Maulin B. Acharya

Mr. Maulin Acharya , (B.E (Civil)), has vast business experience in the fields of onshore shipping, logistics, international trade, hospitality and real estate industry. Post completion of his studies, he joined his family business of hospitality and also carried out transportation business on small scale as ancillary business as an entrepreneur.

With the confidence of a successful entrepreneurship behind, he formed Regal Shipping Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2003 with core competence in Port and Transportation Logistics. Over time, Regal Shipping Pvt. Ltd. has moved from transportation sector to being a comprehensive logistics solutions provider encompassing port logistics, surface logistics, off shore logistics and vessel chartering/brokering. Regal shipping, customizes the needs of every customer for a tailor made solution at minimum cost and maximum satisfaction.

As chairman of the company he has provided the requisite direction, motivation and thrust to bring RAS Infraport to its present height.

 

Mr. Dhaval B. Acharya

Mr. Dhaval Acharya is a qualified Bachelor of Commerce having vast and rich business experience in the fields of hospitality, onshore shipping, logistics, international trade and real estate industry located in the state of Gujarat in general and Kutch district in particular.

Dhaval Acharya provides exceptional public relations and administrative qualities to the businesses fuelling their unprecedented growth and development.

A manager with par excellence networking abilities and business acumen, Dhaval Acharya has been catalyst in meteoric rise of group's hospitality forays. It was his initiative that saw Rajvee Resorts and Hotels Pvt. Ltd. develop the first five star hotel of Kutch District as also the first five star hotel to enter into an alliance with the prestigious chain of RADISSON Hotels in the district of Kutch endorsing the professional and quality values that the group observes with such finesse.

The exemplary and outstanding business acumen and entrepreneurial qualities of Dhaval Acharya were recognized and appreciated in the form of his continuing membership to the Advisory Committee of Gandhidham Hotel and Restaurant Owners' Association besides serving a term as the President of Gandhidham Hotel and Restaurant Owners' Association

 

Ashok Kumar Dudi

 

Mr. Ashok Kumar Dudi, has more than 25 years experience in financial planning and financial management.  After acquiring a degree in Engineering (Civil) from a reputed college in Bangalore, he has started as an entrepreneur in the logistic business.  He has acquired practical skills in financing principals, regulations and accounting procedures on his own over a period of time.

He is the Director – Finance at Regal Shipping Pvt Ltd.  He has developed the organization prospects by studying economic trends, revenue opportunities, cost reduction and system enhancement.  He has been able to develop sound financial strategies by forecasting capital facilities and staff requirements along with identifying monitory resources in developing action plan.

He is a complete family man who devotes proportionate time with business and personal requirements.  Over a period of time, he has won various awards in his personal capacity as well as for the organization for his contribution towards excellence in financial planning, monitoring and revenue generation.

 

Narendrasinh Rana

Mr. Narendrasinh Rana, a commerce graduate started as an entrepreneur dealing with trucking and transportation.   With more than 20 years of experience in the logistics management industry, he now controls the operations at Regal Shipping Pvt Ltd in his capacity as the Director – Operations.

He is a born leader, who is able to generate enthusiasm in the others. He has a unique ability to priorities tasks, delicate authority and motivate people to bring the real and practical results in the company.  As a keen cricketer, he has brought sportsman like qualities amongst the staff of the company.

He is a versatile thinker, who is effective in developing and carrying out new ideas. With his business acumen he has been able to expand the operations of the company from simple trucking to port logistics, onshore logistics and offshore logistics in an integrated manner.

 

Commodore (retd) Rajbir Singh Bhadana

Mr.  Rajbir Singh Bhadana, is a retired naval officer and alumni of National Defence Academy, Pune. He completed his M.Tech from IIT Kanpur and his management course from the College of Defence Management, Hyderabad. He has over forty years of professional experience in various organizations. He served in the Indian Navy for 33 long years, during which he was associated with planning, operations, maintenance and management of different types of assets onboard naval ships and shore establishments.

As part of the senior management he was responsible for setting up new infrastructure covering berths, dry dock, repair facilities etc. As the Defence Attaché of India in the Scandinavian countries he had close interaction with their infrastructure industry. He has been on a deputation to the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) twice for the development of critical naval systems. For his hard work and devotion to duty he has been commended by the head of DRDO and also by the Chief of Navy. He is also the recipient of the “Vishist Seva Medal”. He took an early retirement from the Navy to join the private sector and was associated with the infrastructure projects in senior positions.

 

Mr. Dipendra Tak (GM)

Qualified Cost Accountant & MBA(Finance & Logistics) has 20 years of rich experience in the field of Finance and Operation. He is responsible for day to day operations in Finance, General Administration, HRM , Analysis & taking care of credit control system, managing working capital, Sales & Revenue Follow up, developing TMS (Transport Management System).

His span of work experience include cost audits, inventory audits, taking care of statutory compliances, Liasoning, TQMS, internal & external audits, purchase & customer management, Vendor Management etc. He has also been founder member of 100% Export unit since 1996 to 2007, which dealt with export of modern as well as traditional handicrafts to USA, Europe & Gulf countries.
